They come in all shapes and sizes, from small<br \/>\nworms to big sharks.The eagle ray is swimming with other sea creatures like pearl<br \/>\nperch, bent-tooth stargazer, grunion, spookfish, fish<\/p>\n<h3>A big problem is happening in places<\/h3>\n<p>There aren&#8217;t enough people applying to be pilots for airplanes and cargo planes. They<br \/>\nare having a hard time finding the best pilots because there are not many to choose<br \/>\nfrom. One big reason is that a lot of pilots are getting<br \/>\nolder and will have to retire soon. But there aren&#8217;t enough new pilots getting<br \/>\ntrained to take their place. This is because it&#8217;s harder to become a pilot now than<br \/>\nit was before. Commercial pilot retirement age of 65. And there\u2019s no large group of<br \/>\napplicants sitting waiting to replace them.
